With a pretty poor start to winter here in Tahoe, we finally have snow in our forecast. It may sound a little optimistic now, but hopefully we will be seeing a whole different landscape and a return to winter in the next few days. Unfortunately, snow levels look to be a little high, but if you know where to look for it, bomber lines should be in our forecast.
Come check out the 2nd annual Echo Lakes Splitfest at the Strawberry Lodge in Kyburz, CA. This is a 3 day backcountry festival featuring live music, product expos, avalanche seminar and some good times in the Lake Tahoe Backcountry! I would also like to thank Voile and Spark R & D for stepping in with the early sponsors. Because ya gotta get up to get down
